Who We do
We source, secure, and manage properties on behalf of housing providers, associations, councils, and care organisations who support individuals in need of stable accommodation. Using a corporate lease model, we take properties from private landlords or investors and lease them to established well trusted providers under long-term agreements.
Our process is hands-on, structured, and built on transparency. We begin by identifying suitable properties through our network of landlords, agents, and sourcing partners. Once a property is assessed and secured, we carry out any necessary compliance checks. We then present the property to our housing network,If accepted, we sign a long-term lease with the provider, typically for at least 5 years and manage the relationship throughout.
For landlords, we offer fixed guaranteed rent, zero tenant interaction, and minimal involvement, while we handle ongoing maintenance coordination, inspections, and communication with our housing partners.This step-by-step approach allows us to maintain full control over the property’s use and condition while ensuring a stable, professional arrangement between all parties.
